Vasco da Gama Tower is a 145 meter-high tower that features a viewing platform.
Visitors can enjoy a spectacular view of the Jardim Garcia de Orta Park and the Tagus River from the top of the tower.
The tower was constructed for Expo 98, the world's fair that was held in Lisbon. At the time, it was the tallest structure in Portugal.

The Vasco da Gama Tower is located near the Lisbon Oceanarium and the intermodal Orient Station.
The tower is called "Torre Vasco da Gama" in Portuguese.
